Before starting the work on ground obtaining layout of cable/OFC/GI pipe line etc shall be responsibility of the contractor.ii) Any damage to the existing assets shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost to the department within 24 hours of occurng of incident. Delay beyond 24 hours Rs 1000 per day (till restoration of services) shall be recovered from the contractors bills.iii) Excavation in bituminous road and making good same with PCC 1:2:4 to the satisfaction of ground executives shall be included in rate quoted and nothing extra shall be paid. |
