Company back guarantee of 10 years shall be given by contractor after completion of Water Proofing work before payment.b) Ponding test for 72 Hours shall be carried out by contractor to check any instances of Leakage/Seepage, The results of successfull Ponding Test shall be certified by Engineer-in-charge and User Rep before payment. |
