| 4 | Providing/Laying, Spreading and Compacting graded stone aggregate size (43 mm - 0.075 mm) to wet mix Macdam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in metallic mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site for avg. lead of 40 km, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in subgrade/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8-10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density complete as per the specifications and as per specifications of engineer in charge. |
| 5 | Providing and applying tack coat on W.B.M. @0.74 Kg/sqm using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications. |
| 6 | Providing and applying 50 mm thick Bituminous Macadam base course with stone aggregate of quantity size and grading as specified in CPWD specifications and straight run bitumen of 80/100 @3.5 % by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting and laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with road roller of 8-10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density including Cost and carriage of all materials involved upto site of work complete, tools, plants, equipments and all allied machinery, labour taxes, fee, testing charges for maintaining quality control during and after execution of work complete in all respects including cost and carriage of bitumen. |
| 7 | Providing and laying 25 mm thick Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete using material aggregate satisfying the gradation set out in specification with 5 % binder content (by weight of total mix) bitumen of grade VG 10 with the laid of hot mix plant and paver finisher incl. rolling with 8-10 tonne capacity road roller to achieve the required compaction and density (with bitumen 80/100) incl. cost and carriage of all materials involved upto site of work complete, tools, equipments and all allied machinery, labour, taxes, fee, testing charges for maintaining quality control during and after execution of work complete in all respects incl. cost and carriage of bitumen including all carriages. |
