| 26 | Disconnecting existing tank exc.250 litres but not exc 500 litres capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required), cleaning by seven stages cleaning and sterilization of water tanks through bactoriological treatment by using TERBAC-5G, TERBAC-G65 and Ultra voilet rays as following and reconnecting and re-fixing in same position including writing date of cleaning in DD/MM/YYYY etc complete all as specified and directed.(i) Drain out the water by using exit valve or our own high capacity de watering system(ii) Cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC-G10 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks.(iii) Fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump with pressure 5 PSI.(iv) First bacteria screening is Sterilization by using TERBAC-G5 a Laboratory certified branded halogen compound, test certificate of TERBAC-G5 from government laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted to the office before using for sterilization .(v) Cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner.(vi) Second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray. Ejector covering 360 degree with in the tank and kills all suspended bacteria.(vii) Cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65.Test certificate of TERBAC-G65 From Government Laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted to the office before using for Sterilization. NOTE: CONTRACTOR WILL SUBMIT GOVERNMENT LABORATORY TEST CERTIFICATE OF TERBACG5, TERBAC-G65, FIX THE STICKER MENTIONING THE DATE OF CLEANING & NAME OF SITE ANDALSO PROVIDE CERTIFICATE CONFIRMING THE COMPLETION OF STERILIZATION OF WATERTANKS MENTIONING THE NAME OF STATION AND DATE OF CLEANING. ALL THE CLEANING &STERILIZATION STAFFS SHOULD BE UNDER ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE. |
