| 5 | 12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement and sand of 1.25 FM over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 10mm including supply of all material labour T&P etc. complete as per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 584. |
| 6 | Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel rollar to achieve the desired density,complete as per Technical Specification clause 401. |
| 7 | Supply and laying of 80mm thick rubber mould Zig Zag Shaped Mechanically compressed interlocking cement concrete pavers block manufactured by high pressure & controlled vibration machine having plan dimension 250 x 125mm with minimum 5mm thick topping of D.P. cement mixed with 25% marble powder. The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30 MPa & kg/no. including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge as per SOR NS-2(ii) |
| 8 | Laying Cement Concrete road, slab consisting of 1:2:4 cement, coarse sand and approved 20mm gauge stone ballast over prepared sub-grade after its rectifications & bringing it to proper camber and including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work, finished to required template as directed by E/I. but excluding cost metal required for reflection of the sub-grade As per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 773. |
| 9 | Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses, built up gates, door frames, records racks, roof work, gates etc. wrought to required form, including drilling holes, riveting or weling where necessary and also including supply of steel, bolts, nuts and wastages etc. and their fixing required for completion of the work As per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 503 as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 10 | Painting or varnising on iron work in small areas on new iron work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S.I. No. 103-1950 as per UPPWD SOR 2022 SI. No. 641 as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 11 | Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of first quality approved brand and manufacture on decorated wall surface to give and even shed including thoroughly brushing the surface free from the mortar and dropping and other foreign matter and sand prepared smooth complete as per UPPWD SOR 2022 NBO 18:57 as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 12 | Supply and Fixing of C.C. chair including cost of all material labour T&P etc. complete. |
| 13 | Supply and Fixing of Granite stone display board with fixing in brick masonry wall, lettering & painting including supply of all material, labour, plastering etc. complete required for proper completion of the work. |
