Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of first quality approved brand and manufacture on decorated wall surface to give and even shed including thoroughly brushing the surface free from the mortar and dropping and other foreign matter and sand prepared smooth complete as per UPPWD SOR 2022 NBO 18:57 as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying painting at all height of different shades and patterns including cleaning of the surface, putty, plaster of paris, priming, and different types of high quality paints with all materials, labours and T&P required for completion of work as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting or varnising on iron work in small areas on new iron work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S.I. No. 103-1950 as per UPPWD SOR 2022 SI. No. 641 as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
