| 1 | Attending site on call basis for repairs of Split/Window AC in Telephone Exchange by 1 no skilled and 1no unskilled technician as per distance mentioned below with necessary T& P etc as required. | 4 | Replacement of the following capacity Rotary type compressor I/c dismantling of the old compressor and I/T/C of new compressor in existing WAC / Split AC etc complete as required ( a) 1.5TR Compressor Note:-The new compressor should carry a warranty of one year) |

| 27 | Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1.5 TR capacity split A/C units complete with indoor units & out door units i/c Brazing the joints, pressure testing,vaccumizing , detecting of leakages and its rectification, making hole in the wall and making good the damages etc complete as required. |
| 28 | Dismentling of existing 1.5 TR split AC /Window AC i/c all accessories, power connection etc i/c keeping the same in the safe palce in the exchange/BTS premises complete as required. |
| 29 | Closing the existing wall openings of the old WAC units properly i/c supplying of required materials i.e bricks, cement, sand, fasteners, nuts and bolts etc. complete as required as per the following methods. (a) Closing of wall openings with bricks, cement, sand, plastering the surface and painting etc. as required. |
| 30 | Closing of Shelter wall with suitable size plywood of thickness not less than 16mm at both inside and outside of the wall with suitable size fasteners/nuts and bolts etc. as required (Only suitable for specific areas). |
