Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil incluidng filling lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches or plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches including all T&P etc. complete As per S.I. No. 251.

Soling out or pumping out water to keep trenches dry excavation of trenches other construction and laying the sewer etc. copmlete.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm, gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 in fondation including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work As per S.I. No. 280

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in R.C.C. T. beam and slab and R.C.C. column excluding its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.,and also including supply of all material required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost As per S.I. No. 288(b).

Mild steel work (TMT Bar HYSD) such as in reinforced concrete work wrought to required shape as necessary including bending and also including supply of steel and wastages and overlapping and hooks required for completion of the work As per S.I. No. 504.

Supply and Laying of 450 mm dia NP-3 Hume pipe with coller jointing with cement mortor including Loading Unloading charge, labour, T&P etc. complete but including cost of hume pipe as per UPPWD SOR 2022 SI.No.NS-5 (A) (v).

Supply and Fixing of Granite stone display board with fixing in brick masonry wall, lettering & painting including supply of all material, labour, plastering etc. complete required for proper completion of the work.
