Overhauling of mechanism assembly of 145 KV SF6 Gas Circuit Breaker installed at following different feeders and Transformers at 132 KV S/S Bachhrawan under ETD, Raebareli. Work includes overhauling of control valve assembly by replacement of control valve seat, O-ring P-80 and roller C/D. Overhauling of holding latch. Opening of pneumatic cylinder, closing spring etc. DE rusting and greasing of the same. Rectification of air leakage through NRV, safety valve, opening of reservoir, cleaning of reservoir along with replacement of O-6mm and 12 mm gas pipe assembly. Checking and adjustment of air pressure switches and gas pressure switches. Checking and retightening of all electrical connections. Measurement of closing/tripping time of circuit breaker. Measurement of contact resistance of circuit breaker with digital meter.Work shall include submission of analysis of closing/tripping time & contact resistance measured for each CB along with any further necessary reccomendation for healthy future life of CBs
