Operation/running and preventive mtc. of Central A.C. Plant for Court Room No. 1 to 69 including Judges library, conference hall, auditorium hall, branches in the basement and New 16 Nos. court rooms comprising of 06 Nos. screw water chilling machines, 400 TR each of \\"TRANE\\" make 06 Nos. cooling towers of 500 TR each \\"Delta\\"/Bell make 08 Nos. chilled water pumps, 06 Nos. condenser water pumps, electrical boilers of 2x 280 KW boilers, 2x 351 KW Boiler, all AHU's, AHU Electrical Panel, main electical panel, BMS system complete and Central Plant near museum complete with screw chilling machines 200 TR alongwith pillar type/split type chilled water units and ceiling suspended AHU's, chilled water and condenser water pumps complete electrical panel, hot water generator, cooling tower 2x250 TR in all respect to the entire satisfaction of EIC staff to be deployed as under for shift 8am-6pm as per site requirement. The work also includes operation of ventilation system of multilevel Car parking for all the levels as per site requirement.
