Chipping concrete and roughening the surface as directed by the departmental officres.

Applying modified mortar to the damaged RCC slab/ Beam / column to a thickness 20 to 75mm with Micro concrete – Rendiroc RG, surface preparation to receive Modified mortar, chipping & removing all loose materials from the surface, cleaning the surface, thorough scrapping the old rods to remove rust using rust remover and cleaning away the debris from the site outside the building and after applying one coat of NITO BOND EP at 1000ml for an average area of 2 sq.m per application plywood shuttering, applying curing compound ‘Nito Bond –AR’ as directed at site including the cost of all materials labour, lead, lift, Tools and Plants etc., compete as directed by the departmental officers.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per Kg of cement used, cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per Kg of cement used, cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before us of work.

Paving the flooring with double charged vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed with same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
