Bush & main & big end bearing, Push rod, Oil pump assembly, Valve Set, Rocker assembly, Diesel filter & Mobile oil filter etc. as required in the pump No. 22,25 & 26 |
| 3 | Repairing/machining work in HA-394 engine (Kirloskar/Eicher) i.e. head repairing, valve guide and seat setting, crank shaft grinding & polishing, connecting road checking, main & big end bearing setting, main line boring etc. as required in different HA-394 Engine of pump. |
| 4 | Overhauling of F.I. pump and its injectors including replacement of defective parts with calibration of pump No. 15,18,19,24& 25. |
| 5 | Removing the MF 20X25 pump section from the trolley mounted of diesel pump No. 17 and shifting to workshop and dismantle the pump,by taking out the rotating assembly with the help of special tools and tackles and replacement of defective spare parts i.e. Impeller, Impeller Nut, Shaft Sleeve etc., and making bearing sheet and reassemble the pump and fixed on the trolley. |
| 6 | Removing the MF 20X25 pump section from the trolley mounted of diesel pump No. 20 &22 and shifting to workshop and dismantle the pump,by taking out the rotating assembly with the help of special tools and tackles and replacement of defective spare parts i.e. Pump Shaft, Shaft Sleeve, Deep Groove Ball bearing 6408 & Thrust Ball bearing 51310 etc., and making bearing sheet and reassemble the pump and fixed on the trolley. |
| 7 | Fabrication, supply & Fitting of fuel tank size 550 X 330 X 330 mm made from 16 gauge M.S. Sheet for 32 HP Diesel pump set complete with all accessories i.e. fuel cap, drain plug, etc as required. |
| 8 | Providing and Fixing 3D reflecting tape around the trolley for safety purpose at adequate space. |
| 9 | Opening and dismentale defective alternator for repairing including replacement of rotor, rectifier and brushes etc. as required for repairing and refitting the same in the engine after proper repairing in Pump No 20,21 & 25. |
