| 2 | The Price Bid shall be read in conjunction with Bidding Documents. |
| 3 | Method of Quoting the Price in the Financial/Price Bid :(a) The Price Bid shall be uploaded online on the e-bidding portal as mentioned in clause 1.2 (k) of IFB (Bid Schedule). (b) Whole Excel Worksheet is Locked except the Cells of worksheet named \\"BoQ1\\" and \\"Letter of Price Bid\\" which are highlighted in cyan colour and opened for quoting purpose. Bidders are required to fill information in only these cells.(c) Bidder shall download the excel file and quote in the required cell (i.e. cells highlighted in cyan colour for ease of identification) as per the instructions given. After quoting their offer, the excel file shall be uploaded accordingly. (d) All ‘blanks’ in the Financial Bid, where the Bidder is permitted to quote shall be filled in.(e) No details about Financial bid shall be submitted / disclosed directly or indirectly in the technical bid and in such case, the Bid shall be rejected. |
| 4 | Bidder has to quote the price in BoQ1 sheet against the space(s) they want to quote the price bid as \\"Monthly License Fee per square meter\\". The other details i.e. name of Authorised Representative/ Designation/ Date/ Bidding Firm Name shall be filled in the other sheet titled as \\"Letter of Price Bid\\". |
| 5 | Bidders may bid for one or more space. However, Bidder has to quote separately for each space as per the Price schedule. Each quote shall be evaluated separately for that particular space and selection will be done for eligible (Highest) i.e. H1 quote received for that particular space.However, NCRTC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids any time without assigning any reasons. No Bidder shall have any cause of action or claim or refund against the NCRTC for rejection of Bids |
| 6 | If the bidder has not filled any amount against any of the space(s) or submit zero amount then it will be treated as \\"Nil/Not interested\\" for that particular space and offer shall be evaluated accordingly. |
| 7 | If the bidder fails to quote amount in Financial Bid, for either of space (i.e. neither Quoted for any of the space), then the bid shall be treated as incomplete and the Bidder shall be considered as non-responsive resulting in the rejection of the Bid. |
| 8 | GST, Advertisment Tax & any other tax except property tax as applicable from time to time, shall also be borne by Licensee, in addition to the license fee. |
