Deputation of resources person for supervision of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for continuing NABL accreditation (Chemical Testing of potable water) of Dakhin Raipur Water Testing Laboratory under PHE Dte, as per below details:a) Time to time Guidelines for Laboratory Setup (Instrument list,Class/Accuracy & Suppliers Name) and as per requirement of ISO/IEC 17025:2017b) To conduct in-house Refresher course on ISO/IEC 17025:2017 as per mandatory requirement of NABL.c) To supervise and assist for preparation & record of General Documentation as per mandatory requirement of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 viz.- Reviewing and Up-dating of Quality Manual- Reviewing and Up-dating of Test Procedured) To supervise and assist for preparation & record of Technical Documentation as per mandatory requirement of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 viz.- Uncertainty re-calculation- Record follow up and updatee) To supervise and assist for Quality Managers Records as per mandatory requirement of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 viz.- Management Review Meeting (MRM)- Internal Audit- Review & Follow-up Intermediate check- Review & Follow-up Inter-laboratory comprisingf) To supervise and assist for Document control as per mandatory requirement of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 viz.g) To supervise and assist for the preparation for surveillance internal audit & Non-conformance closing after internal audit as per mandatory requirement of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 viz.h) Any other non-conformance closing related to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for continuing NABL accreditation (Chemical Testing of potable water) Note:- Rate inclusive of GST & CEss.
