| 1 | M&L for cleaning and attending/rectify day to day complaint to clear the blockage of WC, WHB, bathroom grating, WHB, Sink, soil waste pipe, floor trap Nahani trap, kitchen trap, gully trap and removing the sludges, mud silt liquid sewage water, sand from out of premises complete all as specified and as directed through complaint slip.Note: (a) Complaint register/slip shall be produced at the time of claiming the payment.(b) Minimum one person shall be present on all working days 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs to attend the above complaints/maintenance and reporting the progress to AGE B/R-I sub Divn.(c) Contrctor shall arrange suitable T&P (such as KHAPACHI, Bamboo, cleaning rod and suitable materials/tools, GI wire, PHAWADA, bucket, spike etc incl. necessary form work/scaffolding and safety measures.(d) For non-attending of sewage complaints within 48hrs recovery of Rs 200/- per complaints per day shall be deducted from his dues onthis account and the report on non compliance of such complaints enclosed with each RAR/Final bill. |
| 2 | Cleaning of sewage pipe line upto 300mm bore by means of sewage cleaning jet machine/ compressores/ Drain jetters pump and clean out the sludge/ liqiud mud or any other obstruction material upto 15mtr depth incl. necessary rodding, working in foul position and depositing of sludge/ silt/ liquid mud beyond premises of MoD land etc complete with all specified pressure rating and complete all as directed.Note:- It is duty of contrctor to inform concerned JE whenever they bring Jet/ compressive machine and all other arrangement of electricity, water etc included in quoted cost by the contractor. |
| 3 | Cleaning of sewage lines of any dia and in any position by means of rodding/ bamboos etc incl. manholes of any description by taking out night soil excreta and solid sludge and buried under 30cm deep soil by digging suitable size of pits 100mtr away from site complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- 1. Excavation of pit and removal of surplus soil is deemed to be included in unit rate.2. Contractor shall arrange water for jettin, refilling to tank incl. lanours required to be engaged in teh work and rubbish off the sludge beyond MoD land.3. Bleaching powder to be spread over and all around of buried night soil/ sludge. |
| 4 | M&L for cleaning and desilting of manholes by pumping out/ removing liquid waste/ sewage/ sludge and plugging the ends sewer pipes or diverting the flow into drains if necessary, removing silt, sludge, solids, semi solids etc, sprinking bleaching powder on the silt to avoid bad smell incl all precautionary and safety measures, such as safety belts, lighting arrangement face mask etc and removing the same (silt, sludge & other waste material) in leak proof trucks covered with tarpoline to outside of MOD land all as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities and flushing sewage line & manholes with adequate water as to make sewage line fully functional incl reinstating the manhole cover to its original position complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge. |
| 5 | Cleaning of septic tanks/soakage well/grase trap of any size capacity and depth by mechanically using sewage tanker/truck mounted hydraulic jet pressure machine with flushing the sewage line with heavy duty sewage pumps sewage suction pump, by desludging , dewatering , taking out all materials such as sludge /soil waste/polythene/mud/silt/liquid/semi liqiud/semi solod/ solid or any unwanted items etc incl flishing with adequate water to make the fully functional, refixing opened access cover and removing retrieved material outside the periphery of defence land Note: The measurement for the quantity of sludge removed will be arrived by multiplying the inner diamension of septic tank of actual depth of sludge deposited by dipping the measuring rod. The depth shall be of that wet surface sludge on measuring rod for payment purpose. |
| 6 | Cleaning of soil/ waste pipe of any dia by rodding, pumping without disturbing joints and clamps from 1st floor to ground floor and refixing the floor trap grating and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
