| 6 | 3 mm thick aluminium composite panel (ACP) sign board of different size with retro reflective coloured cover tape of approved make including letters,numbers ,symbols etc as directed including the followings.(i) ACP sheet fix on the frame made of size 40x40 mm solid PVC having density of 450 Kg/Cum and fixing of ACP board to frame made by as per direction of Engr-in- charge.(ii) Vertical post made by size 40mm CPVC pipe (Make-Astral/ Supreme/ Finolex) including necessary work and fixing to frame and no of post as per site requirement of length upto 1.00 mtr of CPVC section(iii) Excavation in post holes ,embedded in ground upto 0.5m in depth in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate with two or more vertical post as required on site and support of frame with board backbone to prevent disintegration during strom complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(iv) Mode of measurement should be length and width of ACP sheet only . |
| 7 | Dewatering of residual water, disilting and cleaning of SWT of capacity 20000 Gallon as described below ;- (a) The inner surface of wall of tank shall be cleaned with scrapping and cleaned with high pressure jet pump after empty the water in tank. (b) After throught cleaning of the tank ,the cleaning water, vegitation and sludge is to be removed by using pump, and sludge and vegitation has to be disposed off at a place as directed. (c) After made the tank dirty free, the inner surafce of the tank shall be kept dry for 24 hours to findout the deffects repair and white wash ..(b) The rate quoted shall be deemed to be is inclusive of cost of bleaching powder or any other cleaning agent to be used for tank cleaning .(c) Cost of earthwork and excavation at places is included in unit rate of this job. |
| 8 | Racking out existing filling in dummy/construction joints upto 25mm width and depth as required to provide backup rod and minimum 15mm thick sealant compound and making it perfectly U shaped with vertical sides by means of mechanical cutter and ensure that joints should be cleaned to remove sealing compound from sides of joint , after cleaning and fanning with air compressor to make the joints free from all loose material (i.e. dirt/dust etc ) and provide polyethylene foam rod backup material of suitable size (Backup rod to be fixed with wooden roller) and applying primer of approved make to side and bottom of joints and filling with polyurethane sealant of approved make (minimum 15mm thick over backup rod) , all as manufacturer instruction and old material should be removed from Technical area as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: (1) Masking tape on edge of joint to be provided on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied.(2) An exclusive team of 06 labourers for each task such as removing of existing fiiling, cleaning of open opened joint, finishing of edges with grinder/cutter, applying of primer by one forward stroke and second backward stroke of brush, then applying joint sealant after appropriate time gap and as directed by the Manufacturer's instruction.(3) Quantity of joint filling material required shall be produced by contractor from approved manufacturer and store under supervision of Engr-in-Charge. Qty shall be procured in advance in cunsultation with Engr-in-Charge on quarterly basis. |
