| 1 | S&F HDPE DWC (Double wall corrugated) pipes confirming to IS-16098 of 152mm & 180mm internal & external dia respectively, pressure rating SN-8 fixed with rubber seal and copler required with and incl. suitable bends 90/60/45 degree etc, single Y junction, complete as required fixed as per manufacturer instruction laid in trenches for sewage lines all as specified and as directed.Note:- Rated included for pipes, bends any size and any types, Y junction copler/adaptor etc required and net total length of pipe with fitting shall be measured for payment purpose. Rate quoted by the contractor shall also include (a) (a) Removal of broken pipes, concrete bed and any other material upto 50m (b) Making surface under sewage pipe to required gradient for smooth flow of sewage (c) Filling and proper ramming of earth under, around and above the pipe after pipe is laid and tested and providing smooth/ levelled finish as already existing. |
| 2 | Cutting in to existing manholes any dia for connecting new drains,making good to pipe and rendering,cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel(1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished,and reforming benching as required. |
| 3 | M&L to attend and rectify sewage complaint on daily routine basis as per complaint lodged by user at complaint cell through offline complain/online complain/verbal communications/telephonic communicatio of AGE B/R Sub division by deploying manpower by Cleaning/clearing blockage of bathroom/kitchen/WC Indian/WC European by cleaning the Nahani trap/gully trap/floor trap/Intercepting trap/P or S trap/multi floor trap etc of any description and in any position below or above ground level at different loacations ,flushing down with adequate water, removing & taking out of all materials such as sludge/ soil waste/polythene /mud/silt/liquid/semi liquid /semi solid/solid or any others items etc to make the entire system functional complete all as specified and directed.Note: (a) Complaint register/slip shall be produced at the time of claiming the payment.(b) Minimum one person shall be present on all working days 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs to attend the above complaint and reporting the progress to AGE B/R-I sub Divn.(c) Contrctor shall arrange suitable T&P (such as KHAPACHI, Bamboo, cleaning rod and suitable materials/tools, GI wire, PHAWADA, bucket, spike etc incl. necessary form work/scaffolding and safety measures.(d) For non-attending of sewage complaints within 48hrs recovery of Rs 200/- per complaints per day shall be deducted from his dues onthis account and the report on non compliance of such complaints enclosed with each RAR/Final bill.(e) Noting of complaints and distribution of complaints and maintaining record of complaint shall be arranged by contractors at his own expense |
| 4 | M&L for Cleaning and de-silting of manholes depth not exceeding 1.50 meter by pumping out/removing liquid waste/sewage/sludge and plugging the ends sewer pipes or diverting the flow into drains if necessary, removing silt, sludge,solids,semi solids etc, sprinking bleaching powder on the silt to avoid bad smell including all precautionary and safety measures, such as safety belts, lighting arrangements face mask etc and removing the same(silt,sludge &other waste material) in leak proof trucks covered with tarpoline to outside of MOD land all as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities and flushing sewage line & manholes with adequate water as to make sewage line fully functional including reinstating the manhole cover to its original position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |

(Note: Length of sewage lines including chambers, traps etc will be measured for payment. However cleaning of manholes shall be measured separately under appropriate item.) |
| 7 | Cleaning of septic tanks/soakage well/grease trap of any size,capacity & depth by Mechanically using sewage tankers/ Truck mounted hydraulic jet pressure machine with flushing the sewage line with heavy duty sewage pumps sewage suction pump,by desluding,dewatering,taking out of all materials such as sludge/ soil waste/polythene /mud/silt/liquid/semi liquid /semi solid/solid or any unwanted items etc,including flushing with adequate water to make the fully functional,re-fixing opened access cover and removing all retrieved material outside the periphery of defence land.Note :- The measurement for the quantity of sludge removed will be arrived by multiplying the inner dimensions of septic tank to actual depth of sludge deposited by dipping the measuring rod. The depth shall be of that wet surface sludge on measuring rod for payment purpose. |

All the joints of pipe shall be sealed properly.(b) Apply a coat of Moisture Cured High Tensile Elastomeric Modified Poly Urethane Based Liquid Membrane on floor as well as on wall as per manufacturer’s instructions of make/manufacturers as specified.(c) Manufacturer/approved agencies for water proofing treatment to sunken slab/portion membrane shall be as per approved list (Note:-The Rate included for WPC )Note:- Ponding test to be carried out after application and leakage seepage if any to be rectified by WPC layer before filling PCC 1:5:10. |
