| 1 | Material and labour removing old tar felt, all loose dirt,old roof tiles,cleaning the concrete surface including removal & cleaning of vegetation, fungus,mass small trees etc from the roof top with wire brush, and clean the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application loose existing bituminious material manually and with heat torch gun to get smooth plain finished surface with no loose material on surface . Repair all joints & cracks with Highly elastic Bituminous cold applied putty --Tarplasic -->having penetration after setting upto 8mm . Leveling of Surface to give proper Slope will be done as per site requirements with Shalipatch cold applied ,Bituminous Mortar & Cold Emulsion cum Waterproofing Liquid --Shalikote -T-10. Create SSD condition on Surface with Water. Prime the surface with Tarfelt LM mixed with potable water in the ratio of 1 : 1 and apply @ 400 grm per Sqm ( As per Surface Conditions )• Apply first coat of Tarfelt LM having elongation 200% conforming to ASTM -C -412& having crack bridging of .8mm confirming to ASTM -C -836 with Tensile strength after 7 Days 0.50 mm conforming to ASTM-C-412 with no diluation of water on primed surface while the surface is still tacky with consumption of 700 gram per Sqm .Lay Geotex of 45 GSM /Fibre mesh simultaneously and paste it properly with overlap of 50mm .Allow the first coat to dry for 10 to 12 Hrs .• Apply 2nd coat on cured first coat with consumption @ 700 gram per Sqm in oppsite direction of first coat by Brush or Roller Allow it to dry for 10 – 12 hr after apply 3rd coat with consumption @ 700 gram per Sqm .• Ensure final curing time of 36 hrs before allowing / carrying out any further work.Conduct Ponding test after min.7 Day Applying two coats of U.V Resistant Elastomeric Exterior Axcrylic Weather resistantwaterproof coating --Shalicryl-215---Having Elongation of 300 % after curing of 14 Days confirming to ASTM D-6083-- for U.V protection of Bituminous Elastomeric Acrylic Emulsified Liquid Membrane --Tarfelt LM to give long life & prevent its deterioration from Sunlight. Note : Application of water proofing treatment will be done by Authorised Applicator only . |

| 3 | M&L Providing and injecting low viscosity epoxy grout APCOREP INJECTION GROUT LV having viscosity 200-300 cps into concrete at 150mm to 300 mm centre to centre through Rohibb Injector & nylon nipples of 12 mm dia fixed into 14 mm dia drilled holes at 4-7 kg /cm2 pressure and heavy flexural strength of 110-130 kg / cm2 & bond strength of 80-100 kg / cm2. Grouting to be done in cracks till the nozzle refuses to accept the grout or it flows from the adjacent nozzle and removing the nipples & sealing it with non-shrink epoxy putty EPOXY SEAL. |

| 7 | Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 over concrete surface on top of roof finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound pidi proof LW @ 200ml per 50Kg cement as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (WPC shall be measured and paid separately). |

| 12 | Supply & Fixing of nets of polyolefin all weather proof co-polymer, machine knotting using CNC machine with DSLS technology for anti slip knotting, mesh size 20mmx20mm and diameter of twine 01mm with 2mm dia border rope including 2mm dia tie ropes braided/ standard rope of polyolefin coplymers at an interval of 10ft having length of 6ft including fixing at any height / any location all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 13 | M&L for preparing plastered/concrete surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash as directed by Engr-in-Charge incl necessary scaffolding and other safety arrangement to work at any height at site if required as specified and directed. |
| 14 | M&L for Two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion over a coat of exterior (water based) primer on old wall/roof/floor surfaces, in disruptive/camouflaging pattern of four or more shades including preparation of surfaces and necessary scaffolding and other arrangement to work up to a height of 12 metres complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 15 | Supply and fixing for 4mm mild steel wire, galvanised class 3, in any postion including straining and fixing to steel posts and/or to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
