Repair to 4000GPH x 280 meter head H.C pump along with allied works at WSS Chakrabhati stage-0. The job includes disconnecting of incoming electric supply, decoupling of pump and motor, unfastening the pump from the base frame, suction and delivery network, shifting/carriage of pump from pumping station to workshop for repairs using tools and tackles, manual labour and mechanical transport. Dismantling the pump and extraction of internal assembly at workshop. Providing, fabrication and fitting of neck rings- 9 nos, diffuser bushes -7nos, impeller bushes- 8 nos, protection sleeves- 2no, The job also includes repairs to impellers – 6nos and providing of new impellers 3nos, new bearings at both NDE and DE as per existing specification; including greasing and gland packing work. pump Assembling the pump and shifting back to site of installation. Lowering the pump with help of tools and tackles on base frame making alignment and levelling, securing with fasteners including Providing/fitting of coupling bolts, nuts and bushes etc. and making electrical connections.Job includes strengthening of base frame by way of repair/replacement of worn-out sections along with replacement of nuts/bolts/washers etc. Job includes replacement of damaged/non-functional 50mm dia sluice valve (01 No) as per existing sample. Job also includes cleaning the surface by wire brush and painting of base frame along with suction, delivery lines and control valves by way of applying single coat of anti-rust primer and thereafter two coats of high-definition enamel paint of reputed make (Nerolac/Asian/equivalent), Testing for any leakages and taking necessary rectification measures thereafter Testing the pump on no load and full load at site.Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges to and fro manual carriage charges of tools and tackles, transportation charges etc. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
