| 1 | Repair, shifting, installation and testing of 100 KVA voltage stabilizer from WSS pernote stage-0 to WSS chakrabhati stage-1.The job includes disconnecting electrical connections and shifting of existing non-operational 3-phase, 100 KVA oil-cooled copper-wound voltage stabilizer from WSS Pernote Stage-0, carefully loading using manual carriage/head load, transportation and there-by unloading at WSS Chakrabhati Stage-1. Job includes Opening and removing of the upper panel, loosening /dismantling of the top cover, nut and bolts. Minor repairs to the core assembly. Job also includes replacement of all the damaged/non-functional components. Job involves Providing and fitting of 02 No's volt meters (Input meter and Output Meter), Ammeter-01 No, phase indicator lamps, Providing/filling of fresh superior grade T.oil conforming to relevant ISO standards in stabilizer as per requirement including replacement of defective parts, rechecking of windings, core, tap changer mechanism, terminals, gaskets, bushings, and internal wiring to make the stabilizer fully functional and reliable for field operation. The work also includes providing and fitting of a suitable rating change-over switch with safety and protection devices, necessary terminations, dressing of cables, and minor allied works required for proper testing on no load and then on full load. Job also includes repair to mono-submersible pump at WSS Pernote stage-0. Job includes repair of mono-submersible pump 01no. by way of dismantling all incoming electrical connection, lifting of pump from the sump by way of tripod stand/necessary arrangement, extracting the pump and unfastening it from flanges with required tools and tackles, shifting the pump to workshop by way of mechanical transport, the pump and motor assembly shall be opened and thoroughly inspected, and the burnt/Worn-out winding be completely removed and rewinding with suitable rating copper winding wire, including proper insulation, varnishing and baking as per standard practice. Necessary replacement of damaged insulation sleeves, seals, gaskets and other worn-out minor components shall be carried out. Thereafter pump to be reassembled ensuring proper alignment and sealing ensuring no water leakages into motor housing, followed by electrical wiring testing and operation test to confirm satisfactory operation. The repaired pump be transported back to site, installed in position, reconnected with delivery piping and electrical connections, and testing on full load thereof.
