Strengthening / reconditioning of the charging system (manual and motor operated) breaker engaging system and releasing system of the 800 amp. 6.6 KV Vacuum Circuit Breaker (V.C.B) of PCE projects Pvt. Ltd make with rated voltage -7.2 KV, Rated current - 630 Amprs. Installed near AVR at L.I.S. Rajal by way of replacement of the charging system, gear box assembly, cradle tension springs 02 Nos., closing coil 01 No. tripping coil 01 No. Also job includes replacement of Over current relay (inverse) type & Earth fault relay. The job includes cost of material and labour charges for dismantling, reassembling and servicing, carriage of material etc. including installation, testing & commissioning at site. Complete Job. (Qty -01)2. Providing and fitting of one number vacuum interrupter (as per the sample provided by the department) with proper alignment in place of damaged after dismantling/removing to.VCB of AVR at site. The job includes cost of material and labour charges for skilled & semi skilled workers with hire charges for deployment of tools & tackles also electrical instruments at site also charges for testing & commissioning at site Complete Job (Qty-01)3. Fabrication/Providing and fitting of new upper arm/male contact (as per the sample provided by the department) made up of copper with silver coated to 800 amps. H.T V.C.B of AVR at site The job includes cost of material and labour charges for skilled & semi skilled workers with hire charges for deployment of tools & tackles also electrical instruments at site also charges for testing & commissioning at site Complete Job (Qty-02)4. Fabrication/Providing and fitting of new Lower arm/male contact (as per the sample provided by the department) made up of copper with silver coated to 800 amps.
