| 1 | Carrying out Wet Servicing of 1.5TR Split type AC unit i/c removing, cleaning all components and filters, dedusting by high pressure air blower, washing condenser, evaporator i/c chemical cleaning (if required), refixing, tightening electrical connections, testing of AC unit, recording all parameters in service report etc as reqd. |
| 2 | Servicing of one no 1.5TR rating window type AC units complete with checking all the electrical onnections for its tightness, checking of electrical parts for proper functioning, cleaning and washing of entire unit, testing after servicing all as required. |
| 3 | Carrying out leakage testing of 1.5TR Split AC units with nitrogen gas including dismantling of machine, flushing the system, brazing / flaring the leak points, vacumising, purging and making the system leak proof i/c transportation of nitrogen cylinder, brazing kit & vacuum pump , testing & commissioning etc as required. |
| 4 | Supplying and Charging of fresh refrigerant in the existing Window AC / Split AC units of following capacity including Vacuum testing, Pressure / leakage testing of referigerant Circuit and arresting the same if any by brazing / flaring the leak points i/c acuumization, complete as per anufacturer/departmental specification , etc as required at site. |
| 5 | Top up/Charging of fresh refrigerant ( R-22/R410/R32) in the existing1.5 TR capacity WAC/SAC unit complete with leakage testing, capacity testing all as reqd. |
| 6 | Replacement of faulty compressor of 1.5 TR split AC units with new compressor of same rating ,type, Model and make complete with installation, testing and commissioning etc. all as required. (Note :- The old faulty compressor will be the property of the contractor & the rates may be quoted accordingly) . |
| 7 | Replacement of following faulty items in the existing SAC units with new one complete with interconnections, testing etc. all as required. Note: - The old dismantled damaged material will be the property of the contractor & the rates may be quoted accordingly). |
| 8 | Replacement of fan motor (heavy duty) of existing WAC unit with new one i/c interconnection, testing, commissioning etc. all as required. |
| 9 | Replacement of blower fan motor of existing SAC unit with new one i/c interconnection, testing, commissioning etc. all as required. (For Indoor Unit) |

| 28 | Note:- (1) Visit Charges are not payable, if cost of work executed at particular site is beyond Rs 5000/- (2). The Charges shall be paid only subject to submission of detailed site visit report in Job Order along with bill for sites where servicing / major repairing work not carried out by agency. (3). Charges shall be paid proportionately to attend the complaints e.g. 3 Sites for visit up to 30 KM's on a route, 2 Sites for visit more than 30 KM & Up to 60 KM on a route and 1 Site for visit beyond 60 KM from HQ . (4) Visit charges shall be allowed only once during the currancy of contract/once in a 1/2 year whichever is earlier for a particular sites/site as applicable.
