| 1 | Routine servicing & maintenance of following rating DG sets with AMF panel installed in various buildings. The DG set shall have to be tested twice a month or whenever required by the qualified and experienced staff. The job includes the cost of testing, cleaning, checking of battery, oil filters, battery leads, temperature gauge, air filter, engine oil, fuel filter, greasing of parts and other minor repair for proper working of the DG set including the cost of all the petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The other major components will be paid extra as required at site on actual work done basis. |

| 6 | Service of various ratings DG sets including changing of following parts. The job includes the cost of supply & erection of the following parts and other, petty material like o-rings, gaskets, cleaning of filter housing by scratching, cleaning with diesel oil etc. to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 11 | Supply & filling of Engine oil 20w-40 grade suitable for existing DG set. It includes all labour and petty material required to complete the job. The Engine oil should be Valvoline/ Castrol make only. |
| 12 | Providing and fixing of under voltage relay of 24 volt capacity. The job includes dismantling of all the cables form the under voltage relay. The job also includes fixing of new under voltage relay and giving all necessary electrical connections to the relay. |
| 13 | Servicing and repair of burnt out self starter for of 12 volt capacity. The job includes dismantling of all the cables from the battery and the self starter dismantling of the self starter from the engine body repairing of the self starter for change of burnt out spares as solenoid armature carbon bushes etc. assembly of the self starter and testing on the test rig. Fixing of the repair self connection to battery and the self with proper thimbles etc. testing the working of the self starter on auto / manual more. |
| 14 | Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of batteries of the following capacities after dismantling the old / defective batteries from the site. The job includes the cost of making connection of new battery with suitable rating copper wire, thimbles & any other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The batteries should be of Exide / Amaron / Tata Green / Panasonic make only. |
| 15 | Sealed Maintenance free battery 12 V 150 AH capacity |
| 16 | Providing DG set operator (Skilled) for the operation and running of DG set round the clock in the event of failure of power supply or as per requirement of client department. It shall be obligatory on the part of operator to ensure immediate switchover from Hydro supply to DG set and put to operate immediately. It shall be responsibilities of the operator that all tools and plant shall be available to keep the DG set in working order. The operator shall carry out the general maintenance of battery charger and checking of distilled water regularly. The proper cleaning of DG set and ensure to check all other lubricants.
