| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance (Consisting of normal repairs) preventive maint as per OEM direction Ones in four months of electrically operated travelling (EOT) Flame Proof cranes of capacity 5 Ton make: Rock well & Cranex at site complete all as specified.Note: - (a) The crane shall be repaired by OEM or its authorised service Engineer/workshop/channel partner.(b). | 8 | M&L for painting of 05 Ton EOT crane ,applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamled spray paint of existing color on different surafces incl preparing of old steel surface by scratching/removing rust, dust and old paint etc with wire brush, emery paper, grinder etc and making surfaces smooth for achieving better grip between surafce and primer, complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 9 | M&L for painting of 02 Ton EOT and 03 Tone HOT crane ,applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamled spray paint of existing color on different surafces incl preparing of old steel surface by scratching/removing rust, dust and old paint etc with wire brush, emery paper, grinder etc and making surfaces smooth for achieving better grip between surafce and primer, complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 10 | Attending Complaints and rectification of electronic, electrical and mechanical defects by authorized experience technician for flame proof EOT crane of capacity upto 5 Ton, Checking of uncerviciable electrical system and find out defect of control wiring in control panel (Hoist, Long Travel, Cross Travel) Control Switch Limit Switch Rectified the same and made serviciable complete and testing thereafter complete all as specified and directed by engineer - in - charge. Note: - (a). The complaint shall be notified to the contractor by engineer - in - charge / JE E&M telephonically / personnaly / by SMS recorded in the register mentioned for the purpose. (b). Contractor shall make neccessary arrangement to attend the complaint.(c). Cost of any minor nature of repair / replacement of petty item such as nuts, bolts, washers, screws, piece of electrical cable upto 0.5 meter length etc, is deemed included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.(d). Any other major item / repair required for the rectification shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of the schedule as supply only. |
