| 17 | CHARPOY GI NYLON NEWAR / PLY TOP (FD-220) Removal of old broken/ unsv plywood of charpoy GI pipe and S&F New 12 mm thick BWR grade ply of size 1980mmx900mm as per IS-303 approved specification of Make: Archid ply/ Century Ply/ Green ply on cleats welded on rails. S&F 02 Nos new Flat iron strip for each charpoy of size 900mmx30mmx5mm thick as per sample approved duly welded to each charpoy on two long rails togather on appropriate position of charpoy with providing new nut & bolts with washer including providing Edges of Ply should be prepared with putty for moisture resistance. New Flat Iron strip shall be painted with synthetic enameled paint in black colour over a coat of red oxided primer. Corners of plywood top should be rounded off properly before fixing on charpoy complete all as shown on drg,as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge. |
