Jobs to be done: DESCRIPTION OF WORK:1. Remove the damaged tie rod end and assembly from the dumper.2. Carefully disconnect hydraulic lines, hoses, bolts and other attachment.3. Damaged transmission guard removal of dumper.4. Transmission guard straightening, alignment and welding and fitting.5. Damaged hoses removal of dumper and new hose fitting.6. New PTO kit changing.7. Reassemble the required tie rod end.8. Tightening all bolts to the recommended torque specification.9. Distributor chamber opening and valve changing and fitting.10. Broken stud removing and new thread making of hub 04 nos.11. Fabrication of stud and fitting of hub 04 nos.Material required:-DA gas-02 nos, Oxygen cyl;inder-04 nos, Low hydrogen electrode-12 kg, Grinding wheel-04 nos, Ball stud-02 no, Nut-04 no, Outer race-02 no, CAP-04 nos, HT bolt-06 nos, Hose-03 nos different types, PTO kit-01 set, Stud-04 nos.Repairing work should be completed with all required materials and manpower.
