| 4 | Providing and Fixing The Height Adjustable Tin should be made of 2mm thick stiffened aluminum in single aluminum sheet and should be made in two parts for easy transportation and installation. The height should be adjustable of 48cm or 43cm high and 6.4mtr width. The upper sloping tin profile should be integrated and cover with red tape.complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. |
| 5 | Providing and Fixing BLACK BASE DOTTED GYM floring 10 mm of Material Made with high EPDM granules are mixed with virgin rubber to produce rolls Rolls are made from homogenous mix with smooth surface having anti-skid, anti-static, and anti-fungal & anti-bacteria properties Rolls have seamless joints as compared to tiles complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. |

| 8 | Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. |
| 9 | Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre |
| 10 | Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour Old work (one or more coats) |
| 11 | Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. |
