| 49 | Note or Sl Item No. 38 to 48:-(a) Contractor shall detail his supervisor to office of Engr-in-Charge daily by 9.00 AM who will report to concerned JE B/R /Engineer-in-Charge to receive all complaints of entire area under this contract.(b) Contractor shall provide service providers (sweepers) as per the complaints list given alongwith all requisite tools, equipments, including safely measures for attending complaint and ensure completion report by 5.00 PM same day.(c) Please note that all the complaints relating to sewage line, sewage pump, manholes, blockages etc., shall be attended within same day (within 12 hour). In case of blockage in sewage line could not be detacted/completed same day and concerned JE / Engineer-in-Charge is satisfied to the efforts applied but the same shall be attended and all blockage must be cleared by 24 hours (next day by 5.00 PM) without fails.(d) In case any complaint pertaining to clearing of blockage in sewage line is not removed /cleared within 24 hours (next day 5.00 PM). A penalty @ Rs. 500/- per complaint shall affected from contractor payments.(e) Blockage cleared between two man holes irrespective of length in between shall be treated as one complaint.
