Material and Labour for Disconnecting and removing from installed position main drive gear assembly for servicing, repair including loading / unloading and transporting to nearest work shop including refixing connecting commissioning and testing in position after carry out necessary repair/ renewal of following items complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Renewal of both side ball bearing with existing size and make as per numbers specified by OEM. Make SKF or equivalent as approved by GE complete all as specified.(b) Renewal of worn out gear assembly. (c) Renewal of both side oil seals of approved make and grade.(d) Renewal of Brake drum as per existing specification for 5 ton EOT Crane. (e) Renewal of Micro gear box with thruster brake assembley complete as per existing.Note : Contractor is advised to visit the site before quoting the rates.

Meterial and labour for Monthly perodic inspection servicing of following cranes any make, installed at various building/location at ARDE and making/keeping the cranes in serviceable condition complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for and tech area Comprises of following installations :-(a) Manually operated chain pulley block any type of capacity 1.5 Ton to 5 Ton (08 Nos)

(b) Electrically operated over head travelling (EOT) cranes of capacity above 2 Ton up to 5 Ton (06 Nos)

(c) Electrically operated over head travelling (EOT) cranes of capacity above 7.5 Ton up to 15 Ton (04 Nos)
