Opening & closing of all the different dia SluiceValves (80 mmdia to 350 mm dia) on different places along the alignment of the rising main and distribution main at different places over the command area daily as and when required for regulating the supply of water and distributing water all over the command area smoothly including changing and restoration of gland packing of sluice valve, air valve if required including opening the cap / plug of wash out point or opening the sluice valves including de-jointing flange joints (80 mm to 350 mm dia) including repairing works and cleaning the pipeline or changing of gate, spindle or liner etc of sluice valvs all complete,restoration works to be done including earth work in the excavation bailing out of water, re-filling the excavated earth, taking out of RCC slab or slab cover and refaxing true to position etc. all complete as per the specification and direction of EIC.( ESIC & EPF contribution of employers @ 3.25 % and 13% are included.)

Charges for health check-up for water bome disease of the workers deputed in maintenance work (including testing of blood ( T.C, D.C, ESR, HB %), Urine (R/E), Stool (R/E) by a registered Medical Practitioner. N.B:- i) This item to be completed within a month from date of receiving of work order and applicable for once in a year ii) All test reports in original to be submitted within 45 days from date of receiving of work order.

Supplying sign-board made of 25 mm thick sal plank and frame on all side of sal batten50mm x 32mm & 3.15m X 100 mm X 100mm Fitting fixing such with digging holes of dia 300mm and depth 750mm in all sorts of soil and repacking and consolidating the gap around the post with cement concrete (1:3:6) painting 2 coats including cost of nails bolts and nuts etc complete in all respect as per direction of the E.I.C. Cleaning silt (every 3rd month)fromtheover headreservoir, cleaning washing and disinfecting the same with bleaching powder, including machinery, tools and plants as per direction of EIC complete. Day to day maintenance works of Piped Water Supply Schemes including supply of materials as per Latest PWD & PHED Schedule of Rates to be adopted while taking measurements.

As per Govt. Order time to time and as per direction of EIC extra payment will be made to valve operator , Pump Operator by the Agency, if the rate will be increse from existing rate(the item is applicable if the daily wages for item no. 1 changes during this period)
