| 16 | Cutting of jungles/wild growths by Brush cutters/manually including cutting grass, jungles, shrubs, plants up to 10 cm dia. and trimming of branches up to boundary wall height for clear view of the walls as directed. Cutting must be done at the top surface of the ground, i.e. maximum of 5cm from the ground level. The cut refuse must be collected and disposed- off at suitable locations as directed. The cost includes all charges for bush cutters, labour, fuel and maintenance charges of bush cutter, collection, transportation and disposal of the refuse. All cutting and disposal charges are included in the scope and unless the contractor removes the cut refuse within stipulated period, no payment will be made for the work may be stopped and the Deptt. will not be held responsible for stoppage of work and idle labour/ machinery on this issue. |
