The transformer shall conform to latest amendments of IS 1180 (Part-1):2014, BIS certified, and BEE 5-star rated (latest applicable notification). (iii) Factory inspection and testing of the DG set shall be carried out in the presence of the representative of the Accepting Officer/SEI/IEM, and all associated charges shall be borne by the contractor. |
| 3 | Supply, Installation, Commissioning of transformer of capacity 200 KVA step down outdoor type Copper Wounded ONAN Cooling 11/0.433 KV (at no load) AC 3 Phase 50 Hz on secondary side double wounded oil immersed naturally all air cooled with external tubes/radiator, delta connected as on primary and star connected with neutral brought on secondary. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree centigrade in oil and 50 degree centigrade in HV/LV winding when measured by the resistance method after continuous full load run in ambient temperature the transformer shall confirming to IS 2026, 1997 and comprising of following accessories :-(a) 01 No Cable end box on HV side consisting of with 03 Nos porcelain bushing with bushing rods and nuts washers and cable glands suitable for XLPE cable 3 Core 120 Sqmm including cable joint complete adopter box(b) 01 No cable end box on LV secondary side consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with bushing rods and nuts washers and cable glands suitable for XLPE cable 3.5 Core 185 Sqmm including cable joint complete adopter box(c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge.(d) Dehydrating breather with first filling of dehydrating agent.(e) Explosive vent.(f) Thermometer Pocket.(g) Two earthing terminal on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm GI Strip.(h) One No thermometer dial type vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with maximum temperature indicator and re-setting device to maximum temperature including needle of temperature gauge max reading panted terminal.(j) Rating plate with terminal plate.(k) Oil drain filter valve.(l) Oil filling hole on top cover with plug.(m) Air release valve/plug.(n) 4 Nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers.(o) Extra bushing for neutral out side the cable box providing independent earthing for neutral.(p) First fill of transformer oil confirming to relevant IS and tested upto 60KV dielectric strength. |

| 24 | Supply testing and commissioning of LT panel board made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet and 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick angle iron frame duly power coated indoor type suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 415 Volts 50 HZ with copper bus bar of capacity 500 amps with epoxy insulators pre wired with single core PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade with digital volts meter 0-500 volts and ammeter 0-500 amps with suitable CTs and LED type indicator lamps for 3 phase and selector switch for Volt meter and Ammeter, danger notice board etc. All switch gear must be placed individually cubicle and provision of cable glands for incoming and out going cable as per existing size cable. The LT panel board should comprising of the following .(a) MCCB confirming to IS 13947(P-2) 4 pole 200 Amps, 415 Volts AC 50 HZ adjustable type, breaking capacity 15 KA - 01.
