| 1 | Carrying out the work of installation of various types of software in computers, annual maintenance and repair of printers, scanners, UPS systems, cartridge refilling of all types of printers, supply of A-4 size paper reams, and other allied I.T.-related works at the office of the Superintending Engineer, EUDC-Commercial, Sector-18, Noida, as per the following details:- |
| 2 | Annual and emergency maintenance of operating systems, all types of installed application software, system configuration, UPS, printer driver installation, printer/network sharing, troubleshooting, formatting, software installation/reinstallation, and allied IT support services for computer systems and laptops. |
| 3 | Annual and emergency maintenance of all types of single-function printers, including fault diagnosis, repair, replacement of defective/spare parts, servicing, testing, installation, configuration, and all associated labour charges, consumables (excluding paper and cartridges unless otherwise specified). |
| 4 | Annual and emergency maintenance of all types of All-in-One printer-cum-scanner machines, including fault diagnosis, repair, servicing, installation, configuration, replacement of defective/spare parts and components, scanner/printer troubleshooting, driver installation, testing, and all associated labour charges. |
| 5 | Providing and replacement of all types of printer spare parts/components such as fuser assembly, formatter card, power card, sensors, teflon sleeve, rollers, gears, SMPS, pickup assembly, and other parts/accessories as required during the AMC period for proper functioning of printers. |
| 6 | Annual and emergency maintenance of cartridges of all above-mentioned printers, including cartridge refilling/reconditioning, replacement of drum, blade, magnet roller, PCR, chip, toner filling, cleaning, testing, and replacement of other defective cartridge components/accessories as and when required during the complete AMC period, including all labour, consumables. |
| 7 | Supply of best quality A-4 size copier paper reams suitable for office use, conforming to standard specifications, including loading, unloading, transportation, and delivery at site. |
