NIGHT HALTING
Night Halt charges for Outstation stay of Driver as per official trip requirement. Payment will be inclusive of Driver lodging fooding, extra Hours works etc. inclusive. Extra Hours will not be paid separately for Night Halt charge. Vendor has to include all necessary expenses for this Line.This line does not include normal trips for transportation of samples to Bangalore.

Toll and Parking Reimbursment
Reimbursement of Tolls and Parking charges.This line will not be added in the tender and will be added in the Purchase order directly. Therefore, vendor shall not include Toll/Parking charges anywhere in other lines. Toll and Parking charges will be reimbursed at actuals along with monthly bill.

Shifting of lubes from bangalore and bangalore wharehoue and mangalore
Vendor has to arrange Tata ACE for transportation of Barrels with additives and lubes from Bangalore and Mangalore terminals upon officer in charge instructions. Vendor should quote inclusive of Driver batta, toll charges, parking charges etc. For these line items no extra payment will be made.
