HIRING VEHICLE FOR EE/CIVIL/KKM & EE/MECH/UKT

Hire charges for 12 Hrs. from 08:00 Hrs. to 20:00 Hrs per day in general but may vary depend on every day requirement. (not on hourly basis) excluding cost of fuel.This shall include charges for Lubricant required for running the Vehicle, Wear and tear, Servicing, Repairs,Tools and tackles etc., Driver’s salary batta and other allowance, Insurance and all others charges

Hourly retention charges per completed Hour beyond Twelve hours subject to maximum of four hours. (The 12 Hrs. duration is generally from 08:00 Hrs to 20:00 Hrs. But may vary depending on everyday requirement.)

Extra rates for night halt use of the vehicle if required between 20:00 Hrs to 08:00 Hrs. on the next day exceeding the four hours refered in( 2 ) above
