| 2 | Material and labour for cutting and removing burnt/damaged copper windings from ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep motor of any make, and rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate size and same gauge as original, including providing and fixing insulating materials, packing, soldering, varnishing, reassembling and testing of the fan, complete all as specified and directed.Note:Rates shall include all tools, plants, labour, transportation and incidental charges required for satisfactory completion of the work. |

| 4 | Supply and fixing ball bearings of approved make (SKF/ NBC/ NSK or equivalent) suitable for ceiling fans of 1200 mm sweep, conforming to IS standards, typically of sizes 6201/6202 or equivalent, as required for various makes and models including dismantling of fan, removal of worn-out bearings, thorough cleaning of housing, provision of new pre-lubricated double-shielded / double-sealed bearings, application of high-grade insulating grease, reassembly, testing, and commissioning of ceiling fans for smooth and noise-free operation, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 6 | Supply and fixing in replacement of old/unserviceable gun metal bushes and/or spring components suitable for ceiling fans of 1200 mm / 1400 mm sweep, exhaust fans upto 900 mm sweep, and wall mounted fan upto 900mm all fans of any make and size. The gun metal bushes shall be precision machined, self-lubricating type with high wear resistance, and the springs shall be made of high-grade spring steel, properly heat-treated for durability including dismantling of fan assembly, removal of defective bushes/springs, cleaning of mating parts, providing and fixing of new gunmetal bush/spring with proper fitting and alignment, lubrication with suitable grade oil/grease, reassemble and testing of fan to ensure smooth, vibration-free and noise-free operation complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Supply and fixing in replacement of old, unserviceable armature shaft for ceiling fans of 1200 mm and 1400 mm sweep, of any make, manufactured from high-grade carbon steel, precision machined, dynamically balanced and compatible with existing fan motor assembly including dismantling of fan, removal of defective armature shaft, checking of rotor and stator alignment, fitting of new shaft with necessary components such as bushes/bearings, proper tightening, lubrication with high-quality grease, reassembly, testing, and commissioning of the fan for smooth, vibration-free and noise-free operation, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |

The rubber reel shall be made of high-quality, durable and resilient insulating material, capable of withstanding mechanical load and vibration, and resistant to ageing and cracking including removal of existing defective rubber reel fixing of new shackle-type rubber reel complete with suitable clamps, nuts, bolts, split pins, and washers, ensuring proper suspension and alignment of ceiling fan from hook/ceiling support complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 12 | Supply and fixing in replacement of old/damaged top and bottom covers made of die-cast aluminium alloy, suitable for ceiling fans of 1200 mm sweep, of any make, matching the existing design and colour shade. The covers shall be corrosion-resistant, properly finished including dismantling of existing covers, cleaning of surface, fitting and proper alignment of new covers, securing with suitable fasteners, touch-up painting to match existing colour where required and reassembly of fan, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 13 | Supply and fixing in replacement of old/damaged fan blades made of aluminium sheet or CRCA steel, suitable for ceiling fans of any make and sweep size (1200 mm / 1400 mm), complete with a set of three blades per fan. The blades shall be of uniform weight, properly balanced, aerodynamically designed and finished with corrosion-resistant coating/paint matching the existing colour shade. The work shall include dismantling of existing blades, fixing of new blades with suitable screws and washers and nuts ensuring proper alignment and balancing to avoid wobbling, and testing of the fan for smooth, vibration-free and noise-free operation, complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 14 | Supply and fixing in replacement of existing upper and lower canopy sets made of good quality, rigid PVC, suitable for ceiling fans of standard sizes, of any make. The canopy shall be of adequate thickness, heat-resistant, flame-retardant, and finished with smooth surface matching the existing colour shade including removal of damaged canopy, fixing of new upper and lower canopy with necessary tightening screws, proper positioning to cover downrod and hook assembly, and ensuring neat and secure installation, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 15 | Supply and fixing in replacement of old/unserviceable condenser (capacitor) of 2.15 µF capacity, suitable for 230V, 50 Hz, single-phase AC supply, for ceiling fans, exhaust fans, wall mounted fans, and pedestal fans of any make. The capacitor shall be of metallized polypropylene (MPP) type, conforming to relevant IS standards including disconnection and removal of defective capacitor, providing and fixing of new capacitor of approved makes such as Asian, Usha, Bajaj, Epcos, Shricap Electronics or equivalent, making necessary electrical connections using proper lugs/connectors and testing of fan for proper starting, smooth operation, and noise-free performance, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 17 | Material and labour for preparation and painting of ceiling fans of any type and size with two coats of synthetic enamel paint applied by spray method, carried out in MES store yard. The work shall include thorough cleaning of old painted surfaces by removing dust, grease, oil, rust, and loose/flaking paint by rubbing/scraping, filling of cavities, dents, and surface irregularities with suitable stopper/putty and smooth finishing of surfaces prior to painting. The painting shall be done using approved quality synthetic enamel paint of desired shade, applied in two uniform coats over suitable primer (if required), ensuring proper adhesion, smooth finish, and uniform thickness including writing of MES identification number neatly with durable paint at designated location complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
