| 1 | Note : 1. The contractor should visit at site before quoting the tender to know the working condition of the station. 2. All requisite safety measures adopted by contractor on site. 3. The contractor shall provide and deploy sufficient electrician ( as approved by GE/ Engineer in charge) shall report at 9.00 hrs to JE E/M / Engineer in charge to collect the complaints in working days and complete the same complaint within 24 Hrs. 4. The complaints shall be rectified with in 24 Hrs if the complaints is/ are not attended / not completed with in 24 Hrs ( except repair/ replacement of major items) recovery will be done Rs 500 per complaint per day. 5 For major parts like rplacement of MCB Dbs, MCCBs should be rectified within 5 working days, if the contractor not rectify within time then recovery will be done Rs 1000 per complaint per day. 6 If contractor failed to provide their electrician or attend the complaints then recovery will be doneRs 1000 per day. |
| 2 | Material and Labour in replacement of old unserviceable sub main wiring using 4 runs of 10 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS specification drawn through in and including PVC casing and caping surface on wall along with 1 runs of 10 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS cable as earth lead connected to common earth dolly and including taking down old unserviceable wiring and including making good the existing disturbed surface using wall care putty and matching colour emulsion paint. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
