| 1 | Taking down defective burnt out electric driven centrifugal pump/motor (Make- Kirloskar) of capacity 40 HP working on 3 phase, 440 volts 50 Hz, duly disconnecting electric and mechanical connection from pump and transport to civil workshop, dismantling and opening the motor into parts and taking out burnt out starter winding, cleaning, servicing slots etc. drying all parts and sort out defective spares, rewinding the starter winding with suitable size of super enameled copper wire as per existing gauge including replacement of insulating materials, varnishing, heating up starter winding in heating chamber to achieve insulation resistance at least 6 Ohms and reassembling after replacement of defective parts/spares including testing at workshop, transporting to site and reinstalled, mounting to its original position including coupling with respective pump and reconnect all disconnected connections, disconnected cable connections and mechanical support etc. including testing and commissioning complete all as required and as directed.
