| 3 | Note : (a) The 04 (Four) preventive / periodical maintenance services and 01 (one) yearly comprehensive maintenance service to each chiller machines (03 nos) of Make : M/s Carrier of screw type compressor, 750 TR each, single stage, 3000 RPM, 415 Volts, 3 Ph, 50 Hz, shell & tube type condenser with carbon steel plate, copper tube, including carbon plate shell & tube flooded type chiller unit working with microprocessor base controls in sheet metal control panel during the currency of the contract. The contractor shall submit the record of periodical/preventive/Annual maintenance services carried out by only M/s Carrier (OEM) along with documentary evidence for claiming payment. |
| 4 | (b) The repair / replacement cost (M&L) of all defective parts / spares, as and when required, is deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect at any stage.(c) During entire contract period, any defective component(s) and/or any other materials which is not specified /given in Schedule ‘A’, but essential to be repair/replace, to make plant(s)/machine(s) fully functional, the cost of the same is deemed. |
| 5 | (d) The entire work as mentioned in srl item no 1.00, shall be got executed through OEM i.e. M/s Carrier AC & Ref Ltd only. The contractor shall upload / submit the scanned copy of MOU with OEM i.e. M/s Carrier AC & Ref Ltd, along with tender document, failing which the tender application / bid will be summarily rejected. The contractor will also submit the physical copy of MOU along with their application and DD in the office of tender inviting authority prior to bid opening date (Cover 1) failing which bid submitted by the contractor will be summarily rejected. |
| 6 | (e) The chiller machines along with connected items will be handed over to contractor in running condition, but with fair wear & tear which can be meet out through annual comprehensive maintenance. Hence, the bidder is advised to visit the site to assess the quantum of work to be carried out in this contract and quote their rates accordingly and no claim in this effect will be accepted at any stage. |
| 7 | (f) All the complained / faults will be addressed within 30 min from the time of receipt of complaint. If, contractor or his tradesmen fails to attend the complained within 30 min from the time of receipt of complaint, the compensation/penalty of Rs. 500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred only) per complaint per hr for first 04 hrs and after that Rs. 1000.00 (Rupees One Thousand only) per complaint per hr shall be recovered from the contractor’s dues. |
| 8 | (g) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged / brought by contractor to complete the job and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. |
| 9 | M&L for complete overhauling of Primary pump/Secondary pump / chiller centrifugal pump set of 120 /100 HP by engaging sufficient man power and suitable T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnecting suction & discharge water lines and removing of electric connection, dismantling the U/S pump set from MS foundation, detaching the pump, opening the pump, re-metaling the shaft and filling of metal at decayed portions including all kind of machine works i.e. welding, turning, polishing etc. as required to make the shaft of required shape and size, as original, balancing the shaft and refitting in pump body; complete replacement of impeller set with new; replacement of Cushy foot anti vibration pad with and including carrying out complete repair / replacement of damaged parts i.e. bearings, bush, gland plate, Pump seal, coupling assembly etc. and reassembling the pump after greasing of moving parts and reinstallation of the pump with motor in original location using new MS stud, nut, bolt, washer and other packing material etc.; checking the alignment; reconnecting the suction and delivery pipes, making proper electric connection, testing and commissioning for smooth operation at optimum efficiency, complete all as directed. |

| 11 | M&L for dismantling of electric driven horizontal induction motor of capacity 100/120 HP of any type and make, by engaging sufficient man power and suitable T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnecting of electric connections, dismantling of motor, taking out the burnt windings, cleaning and washing of slots and rewinding the same with copper winding wire of existing gauge and quantity (as per original manufacturer design) including replacement of all damaged parts i. e. bearings, bush, thrust plate, thrust bearing, connector plate, insulating materials such as insulating sheets insulating paper (Class \\"F\\"), sealing compounds etc. and reassembling the motor after varnishing, heating/drying, greasing of moving parts etc. and reinstallation of the motor in original location, checking the alignment, making proper electric connection, testing for smooth operation, complete all as directed.Note : (i) The cost of winding wire and all replaced defective parts are deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (ii) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at repair shop and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. |

| 35 | M&L for Servicing of the AC plant VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) panel for 750 TR chiller and Secondary pump (120X2)HP VFD, after disconnecting all incoming and outgoing electric connections, followed by thorough inspection of all internal components. The panel is cleaned to remove dust and moisture, and all electrical connections and terminals are checked for tightness and signs of overheating.updating the programming as per the suitable timing requirement of frequency, voltage, overspeed,flow speed etc, VFD parameters, fault logs, and protection settings are reviewed and verified as per operational requirements. Cooling fans, air filters, capacitors, and control wiring are inspected and tested. Input/output voltage, current, and earthing are checked to ensure proper functioning. After servicing, the VFD panel is re-energized, and complete testing and commissioning all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
