| 2 | Supply, fixing, installation, testing and commissioning of Hydrodis dual step disinfection U-400 system with a life not less than 08 years, based on dual step disinfection technique process that uses the electro-catalytic break down of water to instantly destroy water borne pathogens including bacteria, viruses and algae simultaneously converting chloride ions into chlorine, production/generate highly reactive Electrolytic Hydroxyl radicals which effectively neutralize pathogens and organic contaminants and remove any bad/foul smell/bacteria/virus odor or color from water to make it clean and safe for consumption and system are designed to be energy efficient, allowing insolated and remote applications to utilize on site to be Fixed in existing recirculation of water line complete all as specified and directed.Note:- The scope of work under above item shall also include following :(a)5 Years of AMC by OEM after completion of work certified by GE. The contractor shall quote rate accordingly and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Contractor is required to deposit five (05) Fixed Deposits corresponding to each year of AMC of above item. The amount of each fixed deposit shall be 1% of the quoted amount and each FD shall be released by GE after succesful completion of AMC for each year(bUPVC piping, valves and required connections. (c) Control Panel. (d) Installation & Commissioning. (e) Any civil,electrical,mechanial,addn/altn of existing pipe lines/system not listed above however required for the job to make system fully functional further.(e) Warranty for the electromechanical components for 2 years after completion of work. Performance Security Deposit shall be released after completion of warranty period.(f) Complete maintenance and service for the system for the first two years.(g) Any service and spare parts after two years will be provided on a chargeable basis. (h) The contractor shall be completely responsible for AMC and contractor shall be held accountable for any lapse by the OEM. |
| 3 | Supply and fixing canopy for Hydrosis systems complete all as specified, directed and as shown on drawings.Notes :1. The purlins and rafters shown in drawing shall be made of Mild Steel (Fy -250) Square section of size 50x50x3.65 mm including all fittings and fixtures complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 2. The outer wall shall be Half Brick thick Wall in CM 1:4 including chicken wire mess at alternate third layer.3. The wall on one side of canopy shall also have provision of MS Door made up of MS sheet having thickness not less than 3mm with cross flat iron strip of size 25x5mm with Locking arrangement with MS sliding Door Bolt 300 mm Long including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Internal Plaster - 10 mm thick 1:4 CM finished even and fair without using extra cementExternal Plaster - 15 mm thick in two layers (10+5)mm with using Water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement on top 5mm layer finished even and fair without using extra cementInternal and External Finishes - Three coats of white wash 4. The roof shall be of pre-painted Galvalume Corrugated sheets not less than 0.50mm thick and shall have projection not less than 300 mm on all sides.5. Foundation shall be of PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 of thickness 150mm. The depth of foundation shall be 1.5m from NGL.6. Flooring- The floor shall be 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 finished fair and even without using extra cement laid over 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 over rammed earth including filling to the required level, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | Trial bore hole of 200mm dia, 0 to 150 mtr depth from ground level with DTH or reverse rotary circular/direct circulation method or combined in both the processes as per site reqmt in any kind of soil strata including lifting and borring device and casing pipe etc.(Note : Total 01 Nos point shall be given for trial holes one by one until the suitable strata and yields achieved) including providing PCC cover on unserviceable used bore hole/trial bore hole complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | Drilling the suitable bore with DTH or reverse rotary circulation or direct circulation method or combination of both by using power rig (preferably with DTH rig) for any kind of soil, boulders as per the method recommended in survey report and the nature of strata under ground from GL upto a depth of 150 mtr below ground level through any type of soil/rock/any other formation as per following depth suitable for 200mm dia assembly or pipes including collection of soil strata sample in every one mtr after 30 mtr depth below ground level. |

If drilling beyond 150 mtr is reqd the same shall be carried out with written approval of the Engr-in-Charge.(b) The rate for drilling beyond 150 mtrs will be considered the same as in item No 5 above (i) Geo-physical logging of the bore holes under Srl No 3 to 5 to be done after completion of drilling but before lowering the housing pipe etc (ii) Strata samples to be collected during drillIng and preserved in PVC container mentioning details for analysis and preparation of lithologic log (iii) Depth of the bore shall be decided by the Engr-in-Charge which will be final and binding.(c)(i) No extra payment is involved to cutting of small boulder, hard rock boulder etc if any bore upto drilling of 50 mtrs from the GL. (ii) Cost of yield test and verticallity testing, watering testing shall be demand to be included in the cost of drilling. |
