Recording of water meter reading bimonthly and distribution of water bill to the each flat owner/ allottee / occupant including the conveyance allowances/charges including all the other charges for any allied work if any as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Preparation of comupterized water bills of each flat/connection for bimonthly billing cycle including generation, providing printout and issuance of the same within a week time, SMS charges, Whatsapp charges and Email charges.

Deployment of receptionist/Cashier at helpdesk in water cell for public help and for clarifiction queries of public, making and attening consumer's calls etc. and for day-to-day work like entries of data, payment, updatation mobile, email, etc. collection of water charges/ new connection / mutation etc. (minimum 1 person)

One time charges for master data entries or of extra water connection if not already provided

Extra charges for modification/editing of master data entries/duplicate bill print out / NOC etc.
