| 5 | S&F of MS screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one ends and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fixing with washer and one hexagonal or square nut n exc 5cm long and dia shank 5 to 10mm etc. complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | S&F for rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and also fastening conforming to Fe-410-W Gde E-250 complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description n exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 9 | S&F for mild steel round bars 10mm dia for securing chainlink fencing etc fixed to fencing posts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per Fe-410S or O complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | M&L for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% premium quality acrylic emulsion paint (Apex ultima) having VOC less than 50gm/ Ltr and UV resistence as per IS 15489:2005, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with slilicon additive @ 1.43 ltr/10 Sqm over and including a coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.902 ltr/ 10 Sqm with roller finish complete all as specified and directed by GE. (Note:- (i) After painting works, cleaning of all floors, glass and furniture by own arrangement (ii) Original purchase voucher of the item shall be submitted by the contractor to Engineer-in-Charge before taking any payment.) |
