The consultant shall prepare a comprehensive Detailed Project Report (DPR) encompassing a detailed topographic survey, soil investigation, preliminary architectural plans with 3D visualizations, and integrated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) designs. All structural drawings must be vetted and certified by a Government Engineering College to ensure technical compliance. The project involves preparing a detailed estimate based on the current Kerala PWD SoR or DSR, incorporating waste management and green building standards, and providing necessary assistance for Town Planning and Local Body clearances.
