| 5 | Cleaning and Flushing of T/F main tank by hot oil removing of sludge from the bottom of main tank create the vacuum inside the T/F tank and maintain it for 24 Hrs |
| 6 | Erection of 60 MVA T/F of HV/LV side bushing turrets, radiator , conservator tank , buchhoiz retay etc and connecting all pipe lines including jumpering of HV/LV nushing . |
| 7 | Creating of vacuum inside the main tank for period for 24 Hrs step by step in 60 MVA T/F |
| 8 | Filling of Oil in oil tank and its centrifuging upto required BDV |
| 9 | Centrifusing of complete T/F oil (39500 Ltr) in T/F by connecting centrifusing pipe circulating the T/F oil through centrifusing machine and taking the periodically BDV value upto achieving of required value |
| 10 | Spray painting of 220/33 KV 60 MVA T/F ( Areva make ) including complete spray painting of main tank /OLTC consevator tanks ,radiators, headers,associated pipelines , structure marshalling box . Driving mechanism box etc of T/F by applying 1 coat of red oxide primer 1st and then applying two coats of Admin/dark grey colour 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of Asian/Berger/Nerolac make at proper inteval each with the help of spray machine after due rubbing and cleaning of rusted surface , cleaning and washing of dust/dirt/oil deposits from the surface. |
| 11 | Spray/brush painting of following mulsifyre pipe line rings of 220/132 KV 60 MVA T/F (Areva make ) with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of standard make post office red 608-4 synthetic enamel paint of good quality after cleaning rudt & oily surface |
