Repairing and rewinding of three phase HT Induction Motor, Rating- 1130 KW, 6.6 KV, Make- CG Power, S. No.- 2211091/08 including rewinding of stator unit (Approx. 400 Kg) with replacement of copper wire/strip (Thickness 1.87mm and Width 4.63mm), Class F insulation (VPI), varnishing, heating, testing, bearing housing repair, bearing replacement works, rotor repairing works, rotor balancing works, painting etc. and other related works.

Note: 1). Bidders are advised to see the motor before quoting the offer. 2). Rate offered should be after deducting the scrap value of copper. 3). Job shall be carried out at the contractor's workshop and the job shall be routed through Regional Stores, Dipka Area. 4). To and fro transportation of the motor is under the bidder's scope. 5). Bearings replacement work including bearings is in the scope of Contractor. 6). Motor rpm is 1483 rpm. 7). Please refer to page no. 26 of NIT or Annexure-A in the uploaded tender documents for scope of work (Please refer to page no. (27-31) of NIT or Additional Clauses in tenders of Motor in the uploaded tender documents for Additional Clauses in tenders of Motor repairing / rewinding to safeguard the interest of the company).
