| 4 | Fabrication,Welding & erection of structural sections like ISMB, ISMC, ASA, MS flat, MS plate of all thickness sizes, MS gratings for structural plateform and other fabrication, welding & erection work as per site conditions with SMAW electrode E-6013 and as per the guidelines of the HWPK Engineer-In Charge.scaffolding material and its preparation shall be in contractor scope.Fabricated structures shall be painted by First Two coats of enamel primer and then two coats of synthetic enamel paint of asian or berger grade I which DFT shall not be less than 80 micron including Two coat of primer. |
| 5 | removal of Existing structures, plateforms,valves, pumps,tanks and equipments from plant locations in XU, DU, H2S,RAHIE and STG by way of gas cutting, grinding, opening fasteners & return scrap to HWPK stores or designated place as per guideline of Engineer-In Charge. |
| 6 | Carbon steel piping welding with SMAW method & as per technical specifications, alingment and fitup for welding of pipelines including erection of pipelines,removal of old pipeline as per approved procedure and approved electrodes as per technical specification (welding with Approved SMAW electrode E-7018 spl.) and as per guideline of HWPK Engineer-In Charge. |
| 7 | Supply and application of Special wrapping & coating by applying primer of elasticised coal tar enamel conforming to AWWSA specs C. 203/57 or coal tar enamel \\"mastic 4 CYTE\\" manufactured by Shalimar products or equivalent & reinforced Fibre Glass of inner wrap & similar second coat of primer and reinforced fibre glass on pipeline to be laid undergroud in colony and plant area. |
