ULTRASONIC THICKNESS TESTING OF BOILER IBR TUBES VIZ. RADIANT SUPER HEATER TUBES, PRIMARY & SECONDARY SUPER HEATER TUBES, BANK ZONE TUBES, WATER WALL TUBES, RISER TUBES, ECONOMIZER TUBES ETC.The contractor shall carry out thickness measurement using calibrated ultrasonic testing instruments to assess tube health, wall thinning, erosion, corrosion, and remaining life condition of tubes. The work shall include surface preparation wherever required, systematic recording of thickness readings, identification/marking of critical locations, and submission of detailed inspection reports with observations and recommendations.All testing shall be carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable IBR requirements, relevant IS/ASNT standards, and good engineering practices.
