| 1 | Re-upholstery of existing sofas with Cloth/ Fabric in all shades, colors, designs, textures, etc. including cartage, labor, stitching, cardboard, thread, stapler pin, nails, casement, markin, dori, niwar, foam, all complete as per directions & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Work shall include - taking out existing fabric and then fixing the approved fabric as per the original design after placing 25 mm foam over the existing foam/ cushion. The sample of cloth shall be got approved by Engineer-in-charge prior to work execution. (Cost of cloth considered is Rs. 500/- per metre excluding GST. Cost adjustment shall be done in case of any variation in the cost of the cloth/fabric actually approved by EIC and used in the work.) NOTE: The agency has to produce GST invoice to establish the actual purchase cost. |
