| 1 | S&F in replacement to STP main control panel by disconnecting all electric connections and dismentling the annuciator, alongwith all connected parts and re-assembling after necesssary repair, replacement of lugs,dressing of cable, replacement of connectror blocks, nuts bolts and washers of suitable size and joints complete all as specified and directed. |
| 2 | S&F in replacement and disconnecting of all electrical connections of non clog submersible pump rating 9.5 KW & discharge of 60 cum/hr, taking out from sewge well dismantling of pump, shaft impeller unit etc and shifting it to work shop for reparing, re-assembling and back after repair to the site by transport and lowering to sewage well after testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. (Note :- Spare parts and rewinding shall be measured and paid for separately). |
| 3 | M&L for dismentaling/opening the burnt motor, (rotor & stator) rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding as per existing gauge including insulation material cotton tape, varnish, insulation paper, sleeves, dry and backing etc including replacing of bearing and re-assembling complete motor complete all as directed. |
| 4 | Supply and replacement of stainless steel impeller for 9.5 KW & discharge of 60 cum/hr non clog submersible pump as per existing make and capacity complete all as speicifed and directed. |
| 5 | M&L for repair pump shaft by filling of suitable material by welding and turning of pump shaft of capacity 9.5 KW & discharge of 60 cum/hr non clog submersible pump complete all as specified and directed. |

Rewinding the motor as per existing gauge of copper winding wire, varnish, insulation sleve and re-assembling the motor shift at site and connecting, testing on load complete all as specified and directed. |

(Note :- Cost of air filter shall be deemed to be included in item rate quoted by Contractor). |
