The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class ( IP-54 ) and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel angle iron frame work ( made out of 40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm thick ), front opening type with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FR cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of Siemens grey shade 7035 embedded in ground with and including bocks of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of block size 30x30x30 cm, The scope of work also comprising of the following:- ( Location :- ) Make of Panel Board:- Adlec/ Schneider / Universal Switch Gear Control/ Tricolite. |
